Hello Pane, I am in South Africa and have experienced the electric currents at my fingers and on my skin, managed to hold and focus on them once for a while. The meditation during the the solar eclipse was amazing! How do I prepare here and will I feel the physical changes? Experiencing growing pain-like pains in my legs, arms, back and fingers, is this right? Also I am starting to notice specific people in my space. How do I connect as a Light being – leaning towards the feeling that I am more light warrior, how would I know for sure? Meditated on this question over the weekend and an eagle landed right above my window, is this a sign? Thank for great info

When i was a child i had dreams of people and me looking at the sun growing bigger and explode the birds would come down but at the end of the dream nothing bad would happen and sun would stay.
sometimes when i rest my body friezes and its like it vibrates i can not move , or i hear a whooshing sound true my ears .
When that happens very sometimes i hear voices, one time it was a man voice he sad he was property of the molukken or malleken government (somthing like that it was hard to understand) .
That night i woke up and there was a ball hoovering above me it had like square codes in it.
I thought i was going crazy , i looked every ware on the internet for answers and one day i found a crop circle that looked like the ball that i saw that night.
It was the one in your lecture, the one with the alien face that sad much pain little time.
I did open my eyes for a lot of things i was not aware of .

Thank you for this information and the website. I live in eastern europe, have live here most of myl ife. I have dreams of disasters, war in the city streets, prisoner camps, etc. i can even make movies out of these dreams. They happen not in europe that i am sure. Also, i have been feeling a strong pull to australia, had dreams pointing me to investigate into it, even names of towns where i should go. I am partially worried because i cannot ditinguish well between misleading and real signs yet. I lived in usa and becuase of signs i moved back to europe….we will see…the solar eclipse coincided with my birthday in the timezone i am in, even with the time of birth.

How can i even begin to meditate the right way? I want to begin my own spiritual awakening, then enlighten others. I’ve had weird experiences over the last few months , kind of like visions,huge floods and me sitting right in front of it and welcoming my death, the ground opening up and just swallowing everything, then there was this interesting one where we had progressed so much that there was no need for technology ,we were using telepathy , full dna activation had occured and the continets were coonsolidated into one, all the above happened before I ever heard of you ,I just thought it was my imagination because what would happen is that these images would play out in my mind randomly then I would interact with it, and then just about 3 months ago I started to feel different, like there is no point, like something is wrong and I still feel it, its like a really heavy feeling and because of it things are in more perspective, its almost like something bad was about to happen and a feeling of “its all over”, I cant help it. yesterday I came across your video “Expected Cosmic Events in 2012 by Pane Andove” and that just accentuated the heavy feeling I had, all the dots were connected ,now I know.

I was watching Pane’s video on the cosmic expectations for the future and in the video he speaks about dragonflies and their mythological, and modern meanings lightly. Then that night was the first time i meditated “successfully”. I was able to reach a point of serenity, and calmness. Maybe just complete relaxation. And i started to feel like a could sense the living things around me, such as a couple plants near me at the time and even plants in my yard. Then today i experienced something that may have been completely a coincidence, or maybe a sign. Im not really sure about it. However i was at my work, Little Caesars, and was on a break outside sitting down on this makeshift chair. The amount of any kind of wildlife like vegetation, and animals is very scarce. Its mostly concrete save the medians in-between roads. So behind the store i sat down and a dragonfly flies up to me and lands on my shoe facing me. At that instant i didn’t know what to think then as i started to remember what symbolism the dragonfly has he/she flew away. It was a very interesting experience. I like to think of it as a sign that since I’ve started to try to become one with nature, it feels like nature has been trying to do there same with me. Also on another break in the same spot a rabbit was in the area. And there are very skittish where i live, so i assumed he/she would run away like normal, but it stayed and nibbled on the grass as if it knew i wasn’t a threat.
Pretty cool experiences for me personally.
i live in the forest and see dragonflies alot…..and butterflies..nature is one with me and vice versa….i spend alot of time cutting down creeper vines….because they stangle the trees..and kill them…….its hard wiork…but yesterday i cut down this 30 yr odl really think creeper vine of a tyree..and at the moment of cutti ng through the last part….i saa a great blue light flash down to me……it was like the tree just switched on again…and the sun came out….

Dear Pane – Since last autumn I have been dreaming of UFO’s regularly. They are not scary dreams. The beings on these ships feel good and pure to me. And the Sunday after Thanksgiving 2011, my husband and I saw a UFO flying north over Manhattan, My Husband doesn’t believe in these things, but even he had to admit he couldn’t explain what it was we saw. After I saw the UFO, I discovered the Solfeggio Harmonics – which seem to be very helpful in reaching an inner calmness and releasing negative energy. Coincidence, maybe. But I think “they” told me about them and helped me find it. So I listen and release and feel better. Sending all that is good to all that is out there.

Why am I spinning and whirling at night in my bed? What are the bright white flashlights I see before my eyes, in my head or a bit higher? what are the colorful sparklings appearing in rooms or outdoors?
What do crescent moons mean? As a child I had 3 friends. We sat together in a lightbeam and they told me to call them crescent moons. Now for some years crescent moons appear in different ways in my life. Even on gifts that people bring to me. I usually get answers quite easily, but now I don’t understand anymore. Are they just greeting me? Or what should I do? What besides trying to give my best?
When I had passed the teenage time, some others (who were not friendly) did something to me. And I was afraid of them. It took place several times. I asked them to stop and they did stop. There is a voice in my head telling me that they didn´t stop because I asked but because they were told to. But I doubt it, because they stopped when I asked. About spinning and swirling (I don’t know if I’m using the right words). It is a very strong physical feeling. It starts with a low vibration, like an engine starting. Then comes the slow spinning feeling that is getting quicker. It’s like spinning around the axis. Then comes also swirling (is it the right word?), like moving on some discs edge. So these feelings are at the same time – spinning around the axis and swirling on discs edge. It starts usually when I can be quietly somewhere. So I was wondering, why?

Confident. ONe: There is so much confusion in me and so i think in the world for shure, so i tryed finding out things for my self ls the best way to do all. I tryed saying false things and then true things that i know for shure like. “I have a heart” ” I don`t have a heart” etc. and then listening how my body reacts and the fealing i get from bouth could get me a sence what is true what is false. It is ok for me doesn`t mean it will be ok for you.

If you are having trouble with sleeping it could be due to dna change that the conditions are suitable in my beleaf right now. I aslo saw some light as did my father it was quite unusual. And i think this is also due dna change, sparkings and stuff, also. Other i can only speculate. But i had a dream of witches going against me too and they didn`t harm me as well. And as far as i think those grey thing is actualy the astral realm as i imagine it. I hope i was helpfull.

Ah, this spinning feeling – it doesn’t give any trouble with sleeping. It is actually very enjoyable feeling. I was merely wondering, what is it. AND, GUESS WHAT! I learned how to influence it. If I concentrate on the different parts of my head (like forehead or nape) I can make this spinning more intense in different parts of my body, i can then move it more intensely higher or lower. Though, I don’t really know what to do with this skill other than just play

About the witches i`m just run alot when i saw them they where like bad entities or something, they where trying to do something to me but i managed to get away a few times. Mine not try to tease me but harm me. (maybe eaven kill). But i managed to contraact them. I want to ask something that is very important for me: What do you think about dischargin your light energy (for the flower of life), i heard some alians on earth eat our etheric body, I`m not shure if they want to trick me into doing that to eat that also for free. No, I’ve never done merkaba flower of life meditation. But I’ll try soon! About energy-eaters – hmm, I think love and light flows from an endless spring. If I had endlessly common food and there were someone stealing it, I wouldn’t mind. Actually I would offer it. I would not get any poorer. But I know that there would be many people who would get very worried and they would try to convince me that it’s not right, because their oh-so-beatiful illusion of wonderful economy would fall apart if everyone would get food for free from people like me.
So I think it’s about light energy the same way. I think it’s more likely that someone would try to trick me not to do the flower of life, to keep me in the certain state. Like – by scaring me with energy-eaters. If there are anyone eating my light energy, but I’m connected with the spring – so what? I’d let them eat. I’m more worried that someone uses this scaring to keep people from doing flower of life to also keep people away from the source.
Well i heard that about energy eaters long time ago, before i met flower of life mediation. But i`m geting some insights about things that are happening and more understanding of others, wich helps me do my good deeds. I think i will do flower of life, but will see. I have 2 things that came in my mind while saying that, so i go and do 1 of them.

And yet your words kind of calm me actually and put everything in the right perspective. I could get angry with all the wrongdoers on and off this world and send all those negative thought towards them, but it would be pointless if we are the one, just bless them and hope they will find their oneness. But yes, there is this nagging thought that we, or at least Ive been disconnected to live in 3d only for a reason, that reason seems a bad, bad thing. Not sure if everyone, me included is ready to remember everything.

I attended one of your talks in Brisbane, your depth of commitment to your material is very intense to say the least.
You had me absolutely intrigued with the safe zone triangle in Queensland, so much so I undertook a trip there, to the town of Yowah an opal mining outpost.
I spoke with the locals and enjoyed the towns remoteness, natural beauty and attractions. As it was winter the conditions were wonderful, but if the timing as predicted by your information dictates you flee there any time December/march you will have to be prepared for 50 deg heat.
It is the best conditions seen there in the last 10 years lots of water and pasture for the animals. As a fruit eating vegetarian you would be hard pressed to get quality food within the triangle area.
I have read that you do not know anything more of the area Pane and the coordinates were just given to you to deliver, but if you have any more insight to the area and what makes it special, please pass it on.
You can buy a house/shack at Yowah for $60,000 – 130k most of the population are only 6-9 month residents, leaving town for the hottest months.

I sense fear. Fear in almost everyone. An urgency to survive some catastrophic event.
My spirit is angry at all those who cannot see the needless pain and suffering occurring now because of greedy selfish people. These are the ones who are destroying the Earth.
We can help by changing our lifestyle and stop buying the products they produce. We don’t need most of them. This is part of the enlightenment.
Quit eating meat. The damage to the planet and our health is more than we can bear. This is part of enlightenment.
If we have “Light”, are we to keep it to ourselves? Who will be there when the people are hurting the most? Who can help feed them and mend them and lead them with their own light?
I haven’t been abducted, I don’t astral project,I don’t remember my dreams, I don’t belong to any religions, I just feel human and feel other humans.
I feel that left brain, analytical thought only makes it more difficult to be able to reach a vibrational level of higher consciousness (especially when trying to meditate) because we are always relating to the physical world and our concepts are defined in words in that realm of thought.
Can we move beyond language? To understand things which cannot be defined or quantified by words?
Much information does not equal understanding and wisdom in all cases. If you want to be a vessel of light, think like water. Be one with the “ether” or water, so to speak. Let go of your ego. Be here now.
Just a tip, I have found self hypnotism techniques to be the best way for me to reach my unconscious and affect change in myself.
I don’t seek to experience anything for my glorification or entertainment but rather enlightenment through connection with the “ether”. Then I will be in the right place at the right time and I won’t worry about things, I will be moving in the flow of energy wherever I am, hopefully sharing with others.
Survival of the human body may not be the thing we need to worry about the most in this experience, I would rather have a body that doesn’t feel so much pain but I am convinced that pain is part of this experience of growing and we are not going to be able to avoid it.
Don’t be afraid. Death and Birth can be painful. Conquer your fear with love. Then we can move on Together.

I’m grateful for you and your work. Many years ago I would meditate and once accidentally floated into my kitchen. I looked down at the table and realized I was eye level with the valance and it was peaceful, but then I felt like I was being watched and it freaked me out, and low and behold I was back in my body in my room instantaneously. How did you overcome the fear of being out of your body? I would like to begin meditation again, and I would like to move past the fear. Thank you for any guidance.

There is no saying on the other circles how to do it only the first one ? And i`m not good enoughf with discharging my light energy from my body. So if i can get some enligthenment on bouth issues… ? I live in Costa Rica – Central America, and we have here always more ORBs flying and I captures a lot in my photographys. Also we have here many ORBS, made long time ago from stones in different sizes, on the pacific coast. My little business is on the Atlantic side. Some guys (they ares more in contact with energys) says this part (Puerto Viejo / Limon) is now in the 3. dimension.

Thank you for sharing i find some good things for me here. I will tell you something about love: It is a E motion, E = energy, it has form, and a probably a vibration, wich i beleave is higher. I don`t know what it is all about having a higher vibration… So if you want to learn to love I sugest 2 simple steps: Allow yourself to love yourself you can imagine doing it at a drop at the time. When you find yourself doing it as much as you wanted, you can if you wish, start sending love to Earth it will return, but for you to feal that depends on your energy sensitivity and space. When you try thouse bouth things you will have a better understanding what love is. Good luck.

I will tell you my short input on my story and on this 2012 subject, and i would like to know what you think about it.
So.. Everything begun in the year 2007. My to this time best friend died, and few months after that i had a dream. (or lets say at that point i was thinking it was just a dream).
Ive been dreaming about, beeing not able to moove, and dreaming about that awfull loud noise in my ears and the vibrations in my head. I was scared about this dream and the funny thing was that the dream kept repeating over and over. After a year i started to worry about my self because i started to belive it wasnt just a dream, but something else.
I started to search on the internet about demons, about posession, about the devil because it felt like i have been posessed.
Then i found out that this has to do something with astral projection. I read many books afterwards and was prepared when it happens again.
Few days after it came again, and i just let it happen. And to my suprise the noise wasnt scarry anymore and the vibrations were extremely strong but i didnt fought back this feeling like usually, and i started to slide. Sliding out of my body. It was a wonderfull feeling. It was the ultimate proof that there is more outthere… An first hand experiance!
And it happened everyday allmost for 1 Year. For my surprise the Astral world is verry solid if you want it to be solid. I had also a normal body in this Astral world, like now in the physical !
But then maybe after 1 Year it started to drop slowly and it didnt came so often. In 2010 it came maybe once in 4-5 Months. And the last time i had it was maybe a half year ago.
It stoped….
Since then i keep dreaming an other dream… Tsunamis all over the world.. Nuklear explosions, everywhere shrooms like dust… Im worried that this could be our future!
I survive everytime the tsunamis… but my people not.. Its verry sad…
So i have few questions for you because im verry sure that you can tell me more about its meaning and why this Astral Projections came to me. What does it mean? Why they are gone?
Why am i dreaming about this tsunamis…

Hey Pane, I really believe you are doing the right thing and have done your research. You have been granted great gifts, even though we can all achieve such feats if we were to work on the evolution of our souls and the activation of our DNA, you put your money and hard effort into it.
My names Mahiri, and I have a question about the 2012 shift. If you can hear the ringing from within and feel the vibration, will you be ready? I had an experience back at the beginning of 2011 that involved a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening and my pitutary and/or pineal gland making a cracking sound and my conciousness being completely taken over by a golden-loving light. I was bathed in it, at the time of the experience it was all I knew.
Ever since this happened in early 2011 my pineal and/or pituitary gland are forever ringing and vibrating in the center of my head. Does this mean when the energy wave comes I will be ready? Will I be able to withstand the blast or do I still need to do a lot more meditation and what not to be ready? I ask because I have to focus on preparing myself for leaving for the military in Feb. 2013 while getting and holding a job until then. I’m only 19, but I feel and know that I need to leave my parents house and become my own man.
Pane, Thank you for your compilation of work. I look forward to spending time absorbing all the information offered. I came across your site by mere accident and was drawn to certain aspects of your information. To say I am a little confused would be an understatement. I think I’m really trying to join the dots on some experiences I have had and that have only been refreshed in my memory after reading the 2012 pdf. I would appreciate it if you (or others) that have had similar situations can shed some light and if you think they have any relevance to the message you’re sharing.
1. When I was about 6 years old I recall being alone in my bedroom. I had a feeling of immense warm and power fill my body. Then heard someone speak to me in a deep soothing voice, in a language I had never heard before, yet at the time I understood what the message was. Now I have no idea what the message was?
2. From the age of 8 to about 11, when most children are drawing pictures of houses and common things, the only thing I would draw, using a compass, was the flower of life. I was obsessed with drawing them and colouring them in. I didn’t even know it had a name until reading your material.
3. At 15, I could not gain enough knowledge on nepal, tibet, buddhism and read all material published by Lobsang Rampa.
By the age of 16, life took hold of me, along with working, worry etc etc. This is where I believe the expansion of knowledge halted.
4. At around 20 years old, I remember laying in bed trying to go to sleep when I got this overwhelming feeling that two beings were standing by my bed. I got the feeling I knew who they were and that they wanted me to go somewhere. I became angry and said “No, F… off”. I dont usually swear. They left immediately.
5. 17 years have passed and now I frequently see dark “shadows” walking past me or nearby. They don’t bother me most of the time. I see them in a split second and often think my mind is playing tricks on me. I also see numerous flashing lights constantly – but my doctor says that is a result of migraine. I do not suffer any pain usually associated with migraine. So I don’t question what I see anymore. I have learned to accept it.
You mention that orbs of light follow you. Many photographs of mine show orbs near or around me. Most spectacular is a spiral of light that is apparent in numerous photographs taken in one area.
I am sceptical, as that’s how I am programmed. I am non religious. I have never meditated in my life and find it difficult to sit still for more than 5 or 10 minutes. So I really am not sure what to make of all this. It is possible I would not have linked these things together if it had not been for reading your material. Any insight would be appreciated.

Nat- I too had the flashing lights in my eyes, they looked like broken glass shards shimmering in two 1/2 crescent circles when they “joined” to make one shimmering circle it “dropped out” and that’s when I saw the vision of another alternate location. Scared me at first, but it was so beautiful I explored it. I searched on the internet for anyone with similar experiences, the closest I could find they called it a “worm hole” but it wasn’t really the same. I occasionally will see the crescents, even now, but I haven’t seen any connect with a vision as the 1st time it happened. They tried to tell me the same… that it was due to a migraine which I’ve never had in my life. I don’t get headaches.. actually I also don’t dream to remember anything. I am very hard to awaken, I wonder if I’m traveling out-of-body???

I stumbled upon your YouTube video (Expected Cosmic Events in 2012) today and it hit me like a ton of bricks! Let me start by saying that I’ve been experiencing my own awakening. I’ve been seriously meditating over the last 4yrs on a daily basis and slowly migrating to a vegetarian diet…because of your video I’m starting to understand why.
I live in Colorado and have had some interesting things occur in my life. As a child I would often feel that I was being watched, often when I was outside but could never put my finger on it. I would get goose bumps because I knew it was very real but never told anyone because they would think I was crazy! Well, just a few years ago (right before I started to mediate seriously) I connected with a Reiki Master that confirmed this experience and said there were several light beings trying to communicate with me and that I need to pay close attention to when I hear a ringing sound in my right ear…that ringing is them trying communicate. I felt relieved but a little scared. Since then when the ringing occurs I do as the Reiki Master suggested and simply state that “I’m listening”. I haven’t been able to communicate however. Could you help with this? I’ve always felt that I have a purpose in this life (I’m sure most people feel this way) and wonder if this is it…Recently (within the last couple of months) I’ve also started to remember forgotten dreams…these memories seem to be dreams but I’m not certain…very vivid with deep emotion. They are dreams of UFOs…3 of them appeared outside of the house I grew up in (in the country). The dream was so real I question it today…The thing that is strange is that I’m just now remember it. I’m also having other dreams about meeting beings from other planets…one of which took me and my family with them to their own planet..along with others.

Pane, it seems such a daunting task, for a person like me who has never meditated and always eaten meat, to be able to accomplish the ability to create energy fields ,change diet,learn meditation, and be at a level of preparation necessary to

There are many types of meditation, you can try lifeflow2 its a technologycal meditation, you can try kundalini yoga it is something very good, and you can try going into quiet forest place it is the best meditation sometimes i have set there for hours. I`m not the energy, but i will tell you that you only need to do your best, (and not always eforting is best, or pushing hard) for your transition and the thing is your best will be needed afterwards and probably forever
So the thing doesn`t end in this transition it just opens new posibilitys to learn, expand and so eaven if you don`t make it or you do. The most important thing is to “work on your self”. It is the only way to get higher. And there was a telling that ” there will be a time whn all humanity will be free”, but we must work on our own… etc.

I was laying in bed in a deep meditation and opend my eyes to thirteen circles on the ceiling of my room. This is the firthest that I have been. they were white and in the form of two tetrahedrons longways stacked up with the thirteenth circle like a tail at the bottom. I moved to Los Angeles, because I kept “hearing” in my mind that is where I needed to go. Since coming here the following came to me…

- All of these came to a pinnacle, when I watched your video- I realized I had been preparing for the 23rd of Dec. At first it terrified me, and then a peace came over me- others must be going through the same. Even as a very young child, I looked into the heavens, waiting… knowing they would return, long before I knew who “they” were or what UFO’s were etc. I never spoke of it till now.

Hhmmn. .. I’m relatively new to all this stuff. Let’s just say I’ve been ‘guided’ towards change and have felt an ‘uptick’ in myself—don’t know how else to put it. I don’t meditate well unless I’m doing my sculpting thing or being outside in nature. I don’t astral project and I’ve not had any of the kinds of experiences people have had in here with the exception of a rare premonition-type dream, but many of my dreams have been more vivid of late. I don’t know what to make of it all, and YET. .. I’ve been exploring and arming myself with knowledge none the less. I just up and lost the appetite for meat not very long ago. I’m not religious—never did well trying to put God in a box like that, so. .. where does all this leave someone like me?
I’m a frumpy housewife in Florida trying to make my way through life and sometimes I lose my temper. Where does all stuff this leave us ordinary folks? How can I help my family through this?

I saw your conference in YouTube (Expectong Cosmic Events 2012) as I am deeply and commitedly searching and exploring every topic and help materials with regards to Spiritual Awakening and Spiritual COnsciousness. I have been experiencing very rampant changes since the beginning of this year. I tought that I am going into Depression and took medicines for it. I experience deep sadness and somewhat self surrender of what is going on in this world. As if I was giving up to all the unjust sysytem of this world. It’s not that I am suicidal. No! In the opposite, I felt I am wanting TO GO HOME. Where is HOME….I can’t say…that’ swhere the search began. I felt everything that is goping around me…was superficial. As if…this is not what is Life is all about. I am deeply disappointed about how this Life in this World is going about. Capitalism, Materialism…..MONEY, Greed…Power. I mean…why should I go on living in this System that makes me feel I am enslaved by…SOMETHING or SOMEONE. And strangely….I Always find myself staring at the sky looking out of my window. When I am at work or when I am home walking my dog just before Sundown. I felt I am asking for Help….I am asking to be found. I have no particular person in mind. As if…”Please…Somebody…Anybody that is out there….please talk with me. FInd me.”
I had dreams that is most of the time, felt real. In my dreams are people…I don’t recognize. I felt like I am floating…I want to fly faster but couldn’t. And the most great change in me is that…I feel like I am beginning to seclude myself from people and friends. I felt I can only start forward now. I have short memories of the past, forget appointments (important but I don’t see the importance anymore, I just don’t care and think what can be more important than the real Life out there and how I am feeling and I want to feel free and happy). I feel like I am an observer now of what is taking place around me. And that I feel the enrgie of the persons around me. When They feel happy and funny, I too feel that positiv feeling. And when there are injustice and bullying that is around my work against a new coworker, I feel that intense negativ feeling around my atmosphere, it seem to crush my brains out and I feel throwing up. And when I express myself about this, I cry! I just know that….I feel emotions so strongly, it affects me a lot. Be oit positiv or negative.
I feel lonely now. I felt I am alone, sad of what is going on in this world and around me. I am just waiting. Waiting for answers.
I have been trying to meditate nowadays. My daughter who is 7 years old who also tries to meditate w/ me suddenly told me that something tickles her forehead and that she felt a cold tingling feeling. I felt…she hast ist. She has IT…please don’t ask me what IT is. I can’t make out of IT but I know deep inside me…that is IT:
What is going on with me? Doctors says I am fine. All is just Psychosomatic. Please enlighten me. You know that. You are one of THEM. I envy you because they found you. And maybe you are special one and I am not. But how I wish I would be also be found just like you.
I am an Asian living alone in Germany with my daughtet. I have no family here. I am a single Mom. I don’t have anybody who will surely understand what is going on with me. It is beyond from this world. And I consult you. Thank you and will follow your site.

Mari Ann, many people around the world are experiencing these many changes in perceptions, thoughts, attitudes and their physical bodies. Although I have been awake since 2005 to the evils of the world and entities that are attempting to control it and claim it for their own, this year has brought to me more information than I could have imagined. I have been actively participating in the activation of my DNA for several months now, meditating and reading/learning many different aspects, or pieces of the puzzle so to speak. It has been an amazing journey! And a journey that has helped me regain better health after a very long chronic illness. I am not in direct contact with other beings, but a couple of evil entities have visited me in an attempt to sway me from the path I have chosen. I have been able to dismiss them from my presence; therefore, they have not influenced me to change direction. I have had a number of spiritual visitations over the years from family members, but do not communicate with beings from other worlds known as extraterrestrials.
There are so many aspects to this process that it can feel overwhelming while experiencing the many changes/transformations occurring around us and within us. We have an intimate relationship with our beautiful planet Earth. I think it is very important to connect with her, because she is also experiencing dynamic changes. She has supported our lives for many years and yet our species has committed all sorts of atrocities to violate her. Developing a rapport with Earth is vital, as she is bearing the burden of cosmic activity. She needs our support now – and our love.
I have found that Love and Gratitude are the most important feelings to embrace in our quest to preserve, support and uplift Earth and our species at this critical juncture in space-time-existence. When we are able to deeply feel a sincere sense of Love and Gratitude in our Heart Chakra, we resonate at God’s vibrational frequency. It is like tuning in to a station on the radio; with Love and Gratitude, we can be sure that we are resonating at the proper frequency. This resonance/vibration creates a torsion field that serves to protect us. I think this is what is meant in the Bible when it talks about putting on the armour of God.
When we reach the point of being able to hold Love and Gratitude consistently, we become stable in an unstable world. Things around us will be in upheaval, but we will be steadfast and secure, with the knowledge that we are able to hold that vibrational frequency despite the many unsettling things that occur around us and to us, along with the things that other people say that affects the vibrational frequency or tone in the room, such as the people that you work with. When someone’s words cause a shift in the frequency, just hold Love and Gratitude in your Heart, and doing so will counteract the negative vibration.
The Flower of Life Meditation creates a shield and by incorporating Love and Gratitude into the shield, we become quite resilient and protected. We will also resonate at a higher vibrational frequency, which will positively effect everything around us. If and when we are faced with physical challenges that threaten our physical stability in this earthly experience, being able to activate the Flower of Life Merkaba Shield around us will profoundly alter, in a positive way, our ability to manage our transition/transformation. Holding Love and Gratitude in our Heats in every moment of our lives is the key to being prepared. I will start with this if you find that my message can assist humanity to put “the shield up and hold it there” PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can contact me. I think I may have a part of the puzzle…
I do not have impressive metaphysical education – but I have some knowledge from my previous galactic lives and my guides…
Same as you I have seen the “big ball of fire” in the sky – twice in my life! Once as a child – which thinking back could be around 1980 and second time in 1998. I did not go look, though – I was scared.
But I have a connection with my guides since childhood, I knew I am different, but I did not understand it and tried to be “normal” and pushed it all away. Make a long story short I did embrace my abilities eventually and now I am helping especially starseeds to embrace their abilities, tell them where they came from – if I sense it ( I just sense it) and explain them about their unique energy. I have channeled DNA activation – which I think may be very useful in all what is happening now…I channeled this attunement in 2010 for a reason to help my clients to develop their abilities….after this all starseed information started to coming up to me! There is so much we can do to alter our DNA in very simple ways (same like the experiment with the water) – and I know this work! ….we need to understand that our energy vibrates horizontally and vertically and that we need to be connected to axiatonal grid – center of the Earth – which has a DEEP connection to ancient Atlantis and Universe – preferably your home world.
I work with the group of guides who are from various star nations and they gave me much information that makes a sense – but not it makes even more sense – after hearing your presentation! As my guides say – we need to put our puzzles together to become one and unite!
I was guided to offer free distance healing meditations about 3 years, so I do it every other Wednesday with a good success – I focus on healing…we need to heal – especially our past! I see you are doing the same – just more often.
I do not have a great knowledge about crop circles – I did not study them – BUT when you talked about them in your presentation – I could understand them and a few times you mentioned we need to connect 19 point of centers….I think I know what they are! As Albert Einstein says – we need to look at “complicated” things with simplicity….simplify complicated.
You speak that we need to bring the Light in our centers….Our heart – our soul is the main center – same like flower of Light – it has a center and 6 centers around it…..which = 7 soul is the origin of our creation. It is not a coincidence that heart – organ – is in the center of our creation – our physical creation – our body which we need to adjust now:) Heart is the first what is created for us to be physically born! – The rest is to sustain our life…
There is so much to be said….we can alter our DNA so many ways – but we need to activate out “energy highways” Exact same highways that the Gods used….
Each of us has EPC (energy power center) in our body – depending from which star nation your ancestors DNA originate you have different EPC. If these are activated you will “tap” into their knowledge.
If you bring the Light and Love energy in your body via activation, meditation, energy work, ect. You activate light codes in your body – depending on your willingness you start the process of changing…If you consciously acknowledge what is happening to you and around you – leave the fear out of it – you are on the way to connect to the Light grid and save the world!
Instead of holding our hands – we just connect our Soul and vibrate Love and Light for humanity!
My guides talk a lot about “conscious clicks in our minds” – they are as important as the energy work!
Also my guides always talk about importance of SAVING the Earth! I can see the future – I read for people and I see the future – that gives me a great hope we will accomplish what we came here to do!
From last year our local group have been contemplating how to heal Earth ley lines….we had so many ideas…but it was not “just right” until we got together for our meditation in July and we just went with the guidance of my guides and connected with the ancient Atlantis ( Atlantis has a HUGE role in our current energy and they are helping us!!!! ) Their energy can help us to hold the “ energy shield” up. I had visions of this!
Several people in our group had a same vision while we meditated – it was of the energy shield – you talk about!!!! And we did not know your video until a few weeks ago…
Many of us are sending energy up in the Universe to be saved, helped…but we need to direct it down to the center of Earth to Atlantis and its power crystal. In their time this same crystal was used to destroy them – the greed took over…now we have a chance to use it again – in a LOVE and LIGHT energy and prove ourselves we are worth to be saved!!! Because we are! Not all of us will change – but all those who strive to walk a path of Light deserve this chance and it is our incredible responsibility to lead those who would like to follow or better said – shine the light on the path for those who have harder time to find it…..If we accomplish this – we heal the Atlantis as well.

Don’t judge and if you are in negative situation and cannot fix it – then leave it and strive for a better life. We were born in exciting time of changes. My name is Richard Sheeler I live in California , A friend sent me to your site and I instantly was brought back to a place that I had been in 1993 when I was studying with Druvelo Melchezideck about the the Flower of Llife , for some reason I wandered off . I traveled to Egypt in that same year and while doing the meditation one morning while on the Nile , I shot out of body traveling at an amazing speed straight up watching myself , the boat , and then all the surrounding country becoming smaller and smaller , I was totally exillerated and thru voice exclaimed, WOW! in voice which I believe connected me back into the 3rd dimention , I was immediately back in my body .I have had sightins of ufo’s many times as a child and dreams that all was not as we were told ,I saw the planet earth from above and seemed to know that anchient ruins were to be found beneith the frozen ice caps, as I was born on July 12 , 1947 at 5:52 Am in Ventura , Ca. I always had different thoughts and perceptions of what was really happening on this planet and felt as I really didn;t belong to the people around me , I was an observer , that reported back to others while while asleep . In meditation with friends that usually were only 1.5 hours long and after one particular sighting over 5 hours had passed and where had time gone ? I am now being drawn back to the Flower of Life and sence the importence of what time is left . and ask for your guidence . I have never understood the people around me for they didn’t live in their Hearts they seamed cruel .and out of touch who we really are . Please help me to find my way back and teach me to reconnect with The Flower of Life meditation .As I know that it is the way to help mankind continue . I do love all people .

i recently watched a u tube recently called, 2012 polar shift. It explained that scientists have just worked out through computer modelling that we will be passing within 3 degrees of our galactic plane on 21st of dec 2012.
it explains that polar shifts occur on these passings due to the unusually high gravitational pull. They say it’s happened before & name many underwater cities around the world as proof, they also think it might happen again, unfortunately possibly on 21/12…
I was wondering if you have any knowledge or thoughts to share on the matter.

The time soon approaches and I want all to know, I am with you in spirit, sharing all the light I am able to channel to you all and back to the Divine. Don’t fear channeling energy, just drink a lot of water when you do. It will flow in a great circle from you out to the Divine and back through you. It feels like a rush of water through you, and tingles as it floods through the top of your head and travels through your body out from your hands and feet. This I believe is a higher form of communication with the Divine and will carry your intent. Love and light to all as we bond, forming the protection our Earth needs to survive in December. Hello Pane. Yesterday I went to Mont Serrat here in Barcelona where I now live.
I was up on the top of the mountain and felt this incredible connection. The world before me was like a library. I could see exactly why the mountains where shaped like they were. It was like i knew what had happened and why this place was sacred. I felt a strong connection with that environment. I also learned that all things in life looks the same from a far and up close.
I am trying to find my path. I know i have one, but im not sure.
Up on the mountain someone had placed rocks in the formation of a great spiral. I knew it was made with a purpose, and that it was made for a reason. I started walking inside this circle. 2 meters in i realized that the spiral was a means to teach us the way to truth. I realized that walking the spiral path was learning about the spiral path, at the same time! And i realized that when you talked the path you enter the center. In the center there is nowhere to go or hide, and you are left with the one essence from which you came. And only by doing so can you really evolve and transcend into your true potential. After learning this i kept on walking into the middle of the spiral. When i was in the middle I felt this incredible gratitude and love. Exactly at this point, a cat appeared, and shortly after, another cat came.
It was obvious they were lovers, and they sat with us and let us pat them and be around them. Leaving this place i bowed in admiration and gratitude and left a spiritual signature of respect and love and light on this very spot.
I know this is real and I can feel it with so many sensations in my body and mind.
Im not afraid anymore. What do you think of this experience? I feel there was a purpose for me to be on that spot. Like my entire life led me to that very spot, so that i could get aware of that lesson.
Well it’s been a long road to where I am now. I feel as a light inside has started to awaken. I have found Hermetic images that have my family name involved, don’t know why but I will become what it is meant for me to be..Thanks for all the insight it was key to awakening.
